Edward Scissorhands

Hi!
Today I want to write about an interesting film. This film is Edward Scissorhands. I hope that most people heard a little bit about it. Most of them probably thought it was a very old movie (according to them, an old movie is one that has more than 6 years) and they doesn’t intend to watch because some years ago people didn’t do special effects or 3D. This film is 20 years old. And in my opinion, if this movie could by played now in the theaters, people would buy as many tickets as on the Avatar.
This is my favorite movie. It tells the story of a boy who has been created by the inventor. Only the inventor died before he finished the boy. He forgot to give him hands but he gave him a scissors. One day to his old and destroyed house at the top of the mountain came to him Avon consultant, who takes him to the town.
In my opinion this town look awful. Each house is in a different color, cars are in a different color, everything is in a different color and that stupid neighbors… Its strange. Edward meets there many new friends, enemies, and he also fall in love with a girl named Kim. He has also had many adventures for example breaking into the house. I can’t tell you the whole story. I will just say it was a sad end ... a very sad end...
But its a great movie. Everyone must see it! It is possible that I praised it because, as I mentioned I love Tim Burton movies.

AC/DC

Hi!

Today I will write about some Australian band which last I’m interested in. It is called AC / DC. It was created in 1973 by brothers Angus and Malcolm Young. Most people think this band is a pioneer of hard rock music.

Interesting is the origin of the band's name. I’m sure that you saw this name on any devices or cables. I found a cable with that name behind my TV in the kitchen. So, Angus and Malcolm as they say they found that name on their sisters sewing machine and that name is going to symbolizes the energies of their group.
Some time ago I heard that is going to be their concert with would promote they new album "Black Ice". I wanted to go to Warsaw at the concert but my dad says that he don’t like that band very much and he don’t want to go there.

Injury, but sometimes life is not so nice as we think.

My favorite songs are: TNT, Highway to Hell, Hells Bells.

Sweeney Todd

Today's post will be devote to a movie. I should write about some band music but this film is also associated with music. Its title is Sweeney Todd. It was made by my favorite director Tim Burton and my favorite actor Johnny Depp. This film tells the story of a barber from London. Some days ago another guy took his wife and child from him. Now the barber who is really called Benjamin Backer, but presents himself as Sweeney Todd, taking revenge on everyone who comes to shave. And he is doing it to find the one who took his daughter. Those unlucky people who do not survive the meeting with Mr Todd's razor are processed by Mrs. Lovett to ... Stop! I can’t tell you the whole story of movie ! But if you want to see how Johnny sings you must see this film. My favorite song is called "My friends". Sweeney sings it with Mrs. Lovett.
I think this is a really great movie!

Alice in Wonderland

Hi!

Today I write about a film where I was two times and is very possible that I will go for the third time. This film is "Alice in Wonderland" by Tim Burton. I’m sure that most of you read the abbreviated version of the Lewis Carroll book. So here I do not have to write the whole summary of the story.

This film, however, is not exactly a reflection of the book to the screen its just writing it from the beginning. For example, in the book Alice is 6 years old and in the film Alice is 19 years old.

It is possible that I like this movie so much because I love all movies made by Burton with Johnny Depp and with Danny Elfman music. In this film, Johnny played the cool role - the Mad Hatter. In one of the last scene he started dance and I fortunately no threw my popcorn at the person sitting in front of me. ;)

Honestly I do not write it because I have nothing better to do. I’m writing it because my English teacher told my class to write it. I will not have anything to say, and every week I will write about something. I had a last burst of intelligence and I conceived that every week I will choose a music band or a movie, and I'll write what I think about it.
